The Custom Freelance Book Cover in this case is close to the journal the main character carries with himself. It’s leather bound, dirty, carries the experiences and signs of time and the author wanted this to show in the Cover Graphic.

I created a leather texture from multiple textures and added dirt, stains for beverages, blood and few white outlines suggesting dried salt of tears, and the engraved helmet as well as a symbol he asked to be designed for the back.
