I'm an illustrator, free spirit and big fan of making people smile or think with pictures. My creative journey started early: as a child, I spent hours making up stories and illustrating them. Ever since I could hold a pen, I’ve been scribbling on pretty much anything: paper, walls, floors.. and spent much time exploring any area that allowed for creativity.

After interning and working in social pedagogy, Bookshops and cosmetics, I finally completed my training as a media designer in 2011 and developed more into the direction of illustration over the years. My fascination for psychology, health and education still accompanies me today - it helps me to create with particular empathy and understanding. I love capturing stories that resonate with real-life feelings, whether I’m drawing playful characters for a children’s book, crafting surreal photo compositions or visualize complex subjects of an article in Editorial Illustrations.
Always having been creatively explorative, driving through Europe in a camper van and collecting people, places and stories was a big step towards real freedom for me. It is precisely this love of freedom and curiosity that is reflected in my work: I love playing with colors and shapes and also implementing unusual ideas, like i.e. melting lipstick and kissing a lot of paper to get the bloody lip print for the cover of a book right.
In my work and life, empathy, human understanding, and creative experimentation are my most important cornerstones. My goal is to create images that are moving and at the same time respond professionally to the needs of my clients. My approach is collaborative and curiosity-driven: I dive into each project with a playful mindset and sensitivity for your project's and audience's needs.
