Illustration about the nature and healthiness of Grudges
Handdrawn Procreate Illustration abstractly depicting a grudge as a figure in shape of a cactus.

This Illustration was inspired by something a fictional character in the show Loudermilk said about the nature of grudges being fed by bitterness and anger, and by the way I think about grudges being counterproductive and only harmful towards the person holding the grudge, as it rarely actually affects the person the anger is directed at.

Therefore I chose the cactus as the character for personalizing the grudge, as it illustrates how holding the grudge would harm you, plus cactuses are a great thing to be depicted in so many ways, from cute to angry.

This could be an editorial illustration or great for use in i.e. Blogs or articles about psychology, anger, letting go, personal development, maturity or "self love".
