Emotion Card Set for Coaching and Teaching
This ongoing project is an illustrated emotion card set featuring 40+ emotions, designed for use in psychology, coaching, and personal development. Each card visualizes base emotions and their blends, helping with self-reflection, seminars, and therapy contexts.
Figures are drawn androgynously with neutral styling to keep the focus on emotion rather than gender or sensuality. Textures, shading, and typography create a consistent Art Nouveau–inspired style, blended with comic and anime influences. Colors vary depending on the emotion, following the institute’s coded system.
I am currently reviewing the style since these are drawn in a very comic appearance and do not appeal to wider target ranges, and my editorial illustration style has developed since. I will keep these here as memory
